Carbon typescript "Le Drame d'un Grand Peuple. La Russie et le Systeme Sovietique"

A carbon typescript "Za Piatdesiat Let: 1917-2967" in the form of a letter addressed to Svetlana Iosifovna Allilueva, expressing Glinskiĭ's views on Stalin and the Soviet regime.

Clippings gathered into scrapbooks, chiefly from American newspapers, on various subjects relating to the Soviet Union and communism.

The collection consists of 8 photographs of documents and 2 books. The documents, which include patents (gramoty) and decrees (ukazy), date from 1707-1812. There is also an almanac"Pami︠a︡tnai︠a︡ knizhka" dated 1855; and "Pami︠a︡tnai︠a︡ knizhka Lit︠s︡eĭstov za rubezhom" (Paris, 1929).

Manuscript memoirs.

Letters written by Andreĭ V. Kravt︠s︡ov from the Soviet Union to friends and family in the West. Most of these letters were written to Aleksandr K. Vrangeĺ a fellow Kadet, in 1924-28; also included are letters by Kravt︠s︡ov to his son Vadim. There are clippings on various topics, mostly from Soviet newspapers.

Records of the Harvard University Russian Research Center's Project on the Soviet Social System. This project interviewed Soviet emigres on a broad range of topics. The records consist of mimeographed typescripts of these interviews. They are divided into two major categories: "personal life history documents" (A schedules); and interviews on economics, family, government, nationalities, wartime occupations, partisan movements, professions, and stratification. There are also clinical interviews, copies of questionnaires, and an interviewer's guide.

The typed manuscript describes the development of the workers' cooperative movement in Russia from the 1860s to 1921, emphasizing the conflicts that arose after 1917 between the workers' cooperatives, which sought to preserve their independence and political neutrality, and the Bolsheviks, who demanded unanimous support for their program from the workers.

Memoirs that cover Evlogiĭ's childhood to the 1930s. They were published, in a somewhat abridged form, as "Put ́moeĭ zhizni" (Paris, 1947). This typescript version (986 p.) includes many handwritten corrections and annotations by Evlogiĭ. Also included with the memoirs are copies of reviews of the book.

Ego zhizn', literaturnaia i prakticheskaia deiatel'nost'" , 200 pp., attributed to Aptekman in a note signed by Abraham Ascher of Brooklyn College.
