Papers of Petr S. Makhrov, consisting primarily of extensive manuscript memoirs. Emigrating to France, he became a leading figure in the "Soviet patriotic" movement during and after World War II. His memoirs, in thousands of pages, discuss all aspects of his career. The papers also include correspondence, documents, photographs, and printed materials. There are orders (prikazy) from World War I and the Civil War, and reports and telegrams from his time in Poland. There is a copy of "Russkie v Gallipoli" autographed by Wrangel, and a photograph album entitled "Russkai︠a︡ armii︠a︡ na Balkanakh." Also included is the 1841 report of the director of the Imperial Military Academy in St. Petersburg, General Sukhozanet.

Papers of Dmitrii Nikolaevich Liubimov, consisting of correspondence, manuscripts, documents, photographs, and printed materials. Correspondents include Vasilii Maklakov and Boris Zaitsev, and there is a document signed by Boris Savinkov. Manuscripts include Liubimov's memoirs of his years in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, "Russkaia smuta nachala deviatisotykh godov (1902-1906)", and others by him on many topics, often based on his personal experiences. Liubimov scrapbooks from the emigration include notes and clippings on various topics. There are materials relating to the activities of his wife, Liudmila Ivanovna, as representative of the Russian Red Cross in Poland in 1919-1922, including correspondence and a photograph album.

The papers consist of correspondence, manuscripts, notes, documents, photographs, subject files, and printed materials. Among the correspondents are Louis Marin, Mikhail Osorgin, Alekseĭ Remizov, Boris Ubegaun, George Vernadsky, and the "Eurasianists" Petr Savitskiĭ and Petr Suvchinskiĭ; there is one letter from Nikolaĭ Marr. There is the manuscript of Nikitin's memoirs, "Arabeski: pochemu i︠a︡ stal vostochnikom?" There are extensive notes of lectures by Nikolaĭ Berdi︠a︡ev in 1925. Numerous photographs date from Nikitin's service in Iran. Subject files concern the Eurasian movement (evraziĭstvo), and the Committee "For Return to the Homeland" ("Za Vozvrashchenie na Rodinu"). Printed materials largely consist of Nikitin's own writings.

Correspondence, manuscripts, subject files, and printed materials. Cataloged correspondents in the collection include Georgii Adamovich, Mstislav Dobuzhinskii, and Sergei Lifar'. Manuscripts consist of typed copies of Pierre Kovalevskii's extensive diaries, which begin in Petrograd in 1918 and continue to 1973; the only missing years are 1961-1969. Subject files chiefly concern emigre organizations with which Evgraf was involved, especially the Russian Academic Group (Russkaia Akademicheskaia Gruppa) and the Russian Committee of United Organizations (Russkii Komitet Obʺedinennykh Organizatsii). Post-World War II organizational files of Petr Kovalevskii are on the Society for the Preservation of Russian Cultural Valuables (Obschestvo Okhraneniia Russkikh Kul'turnykh TSennostei), and the Committee to Commemorate the 250th Anniversary of St. Petersburg (IUbileinyi Komitet Oznamenovaniia 250-ti letiia St. Peterburga).

Most of the collection concerns the Russian emigration in interwar Europe; a sizeable part deals with the Kadet (Constitutional Democrat) Party in the Russian Civil War. There is correspondence, manuscripts, subject files, photographs, and printed materials. There are many letters by liberal figures, such as Astrov, Viktor Chelishchev, Petr I︠U︡renev, Aleksandr Kizevetter, Pavel Mili︠u︡kov, Vladimir D. Nabokov, Vladimir Obolenskiĭ, Panina, and Ivan Petrunkevich. There are also letters from Ivan Bilibin, Alice Masaryk, and Thomas Masaryk. Manuscripts are chiefly by Astrov, and include memoirs, poems, and lectures. There are also memoirs by Panina, and eulogies by various people on Astrov. Subject files from 1917-1920 have materials on Panina's arrest and trial by the Bolsheviks, Kadet conferences, protocols of meetings of the Kadet Party central committee, and other items. Files on the emigration deal with the Russkiĭ Ochag (Russian Hearth) and other bodies, especially in Czechoslovakia. There are photographs of Astrov, Kizevetter, Nikodim Kondakov, Alice Masaryk, Panina, and others. Printed materials include books, clippings, and offprints by Astrov and others.

The papers consist primarily of the manuscripts of books (including "Witte"), articles, and lectures by V.K. Korostovet︠s︡. There are one or two letters each from Dmitriĭ Mendeleev, Maksim Gorḱiĭ, Pavel Skoropadskiĭ, Boris Pilńi︠a︡k, Konstantin Pobedonost︠s︡ev, Hilaire Belloc, Evelyn Waugh, Rudyard Kipling, John Maynard Keynes, Pavel Mili︠u︡kov, and Lewis Mumford.

The papers consist of correspondence, autograph books, manuscripts, photographs and printed materials. There are letters from Mark Aldanov, Ivan Bunin, Antonin Ladinskiĭ, Vasiliĭ Nemirovich-Danchenko, Alekseĭ Remizov, Ivan Shmelev, Nadezhda Teffi and Boris Zaĭt︠s︡ev, as well as one letter each from Konstantin Balʹmont, Aleksandr Grechaninov, Vladislav Khodasevich, Aleksandr Kuprin, and Vladimir Nabokov. The autograph albums (owned by Marii︠a︡ A. Berman and Potresov) cover the years 1906-1907 and 1913-1948, respectively, and have entries by Balʹmont, Ivan Bilibin, Bunin, Nabokov, and Maksimili︠a︡n Voloshin, among others. The manuscripts include a poem by Mother Marii︠a︡ and articles, diaries, and a play by Potresov. The printed materials primarily consist of clippings of Potresov's articles in newspapers and journals. In addition to the loose clippings, there are six scrapbooks with clippings of Potresov's articles pasted in.

The collection includes copies of official communiques sent and received by the Russian Imperial Embassy in London for the period 1886-1890 and 1919-1922; copies of reports forwarded by E.V. Sablin to the Council of Ambassadors in Paris, for the period 1922-1937; correspondence grouped around specific subjects; "case files" containing letters from and on behalf of individual Russian emigres wishing to enter Great Britain or to adjust their immigrant status; and letters received by E.V. Sablin and his wife Nadezhda Ivanovna from various persons, together with carbon copies of their replies. The most voluminous correspondence is between E.V. Sablin and V.A. Maklakov, V. Dobuzhinskiĭ, Joseph P. Kennedy, Aleksandr F. Kerenskiĭ, Vladimir V. Nabokov, Fedor I. Shali︠a︡pin, Petr and Gleb Struve, Adri︠a︡na V. Trykova-Williams etc. The remainder of the collection consists of manuscripts of articles and speeches both by Sablin and by others; public statements issued by Sablin in mimeograph form; miscellaneous mimeo material; clippings from both the Russian emigre press and British and French newspapers of articles by and about Sablin; as well as miscellaneous clippings, books, booklets, leaflets, performance programs, newsletters, Russian language newspapers published in England, photographs and several drawings and watercolor sketches.

Correspondence, manuscripts, subject files, and printed materials of Afrikan P. Bogaevskiĭ. The bulk of the collection concerns emigre Cossacks in Europe, but there are also materials from the Civil War. There are letters from such White Generals as Petr Krasnov, Aleksandr Kutepov, and Petr Wrangel, and many letters from various persons to Bogaevskiĭ's widow after his death. Manuscripts include Bogaevskiĭ's addresses ("obrashchenii︠a︡") to the emigre Cossacks and his memoirs about the Cuban campaign of 1918. Subject files concern the Civil War, emigre Cossacks and related matters. Printed materials touch on Bogaevskiĭ's death and funeral.

Correspondence in the collection includes 1 item from Ivan Bunin, 2 from Vladimir Davydov, and many from G. A. Alekseev. Mendeleev's extensive memoirs, "Svet i teni v moei zhizni," discuss his childhood and youth, government service, World War I, the 1917 Revolution and the Civil War, and life in the emigration up to 1933. Subject files in this collection concern the Prague Russian Archive, the Union of the Russian Nobility, the Russian Imperial family in the emigration, and other topics. Printed materials include an almost complete set of the weekly "Parizhskii Vestnik" (1942-1944).
