Among its programs are manpower and training services such as the Neighborhood Youth Corps, a remedial education and work program, and the New Careers Program, providing both instruction and on the job training; individual, group, and family services such as counseling and supportive services for jovenile delinquents; and mental health services. The correspondence is with city, state, and federal agencies as well as private social service organizations. Correspondents include John V. Lindsay. Also, files for Bertram M.
