This collection contains the records from the Office of the Bicentennial, which was led by Richard B. Powell, David Loth and James L. Malfetti. This collection includes the correspondence originating in or received by the Office of the Bicentennial, the office files, and the subject files. In addition to the Office of the Bicentennial records, this collection includes the materials collected by and/or transferred to the Columbiana Collection, under the curation of Milton Halsey Thomas. This includes the conference transcripts, papers, convocation records, and an extensive collection of printed materials.

This collection primarily contains materials related to Percy and Harold Uris and their real estate businesses. Correspondence, financial records, and estate papers document the professional and personal lives of the brothers and their wives. The bulk of the business records are from their properties at 380 Madison Avenue and 300 Park Avenue. There is limited information about the other Uris properties and Uris Building Corporation. Finally, the collection contains records from the Uris Brothers Foundation, Inc about the family's philanthropic endeavors.

Correspondence, speeches, speech materials, news clippings, subject files, audio and videotapes relating to the professional activity of Arthur Levitt, Jr. The papers and audiovisual material deal primarily with his tenure as the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission (1993-2001), but also contain earlier records, including some materials relating to Levitt's school years at the Polytechnic Preparatory Country Day School and at Williams College, and his work at Hayden Stone, the American Stock Exchange, and the New York Economic Development Corporation, and his advocacy of the National Endowment of the Arts during the 1991-1992 funding controversy. These papers also contain materials relating to his father, Arthur Levitt, Sr., who served for 24 years as New York State Comptroller.

The material in this collection consists primarily of correspondence, writings, lectures and articles by and about Benjamin Graham dating between the 1930s and 1976. It also contains materials about Benjamin Graham's work and influence which were created after his death in 1976. This more modern material was primarily created by or collected by his friend and mentee, Warren Buffett. One can also find many articles and a correspondence file from Jason Zweig, a financial journalist who writes The Intelligent Investor column every weekend for The Wall Street Journal. Jason Zweig is also the editor of the revised edition of Benjamin Graham's The Intelligent Investor.
